It happens slowly… brick by brick, story by story, generation by generation. The building we’re moving into, Alfred Bird’s former custard factory, has carried industry, community, and culture on its back for decades. Now, it’s ready for its next chapter.
We’ve kept iconic pieces that make this building what it is and reimagined everything else. The result is a space that feels familiar and new all at once.
Our doors are nearly open, and we can’t wait to welcome you in.

We’re a family that sees potential in old buildings and finds the spaces where culture can be celebrated together, community first. We choose our Food Partners with pride, giving them the space and tools to thrive, and to serve the best quality dishes to our guests.
We’ve opened in the North. We’ve opened in the South. Now, we’re opening in a place that connects it all, in the heart of the country, where everything meets. With Cutlery Works and Cambridge Street Collective in Sheffield, Kargo MKT in Salford Quays and the newly opened Tower Bridge Collective in London, we’ve built an incredible portfolio. If you’ve ever visited any of our food halls, you’ll know exactly what we’re bringing to the table here. Expect nothing less.
And if that’s not enough to go by…you’ll be seeing another Midlands opening very soon. Sooner than you think.
